Heritage, Values and Brand personality workshop

The purpose of these workshops was to train the participants in how they, in their roles, could strengthen the position of the Ingka Centres Group brand on their respective markets and thereby making the meeting places unique.

After an introduction to where the company comes from, the heritage, and how this has shaped values and ways of doing things, the participants looked into the company's brand personality and how this is expressed in practice. The participants discussed and worked with real life examples.
